At Redwood we understand the need to supply our professionals with the full range of products and services but the past years have seen many Professional Laboratories down size their product lines in the name of progress.
As one of the UK’s largest Professional Laboratories we have maintained the same range of professional products and services that we had on the first day we began trading, while at the same time keeping one foot firmly planted in new techniques and technologies.
We are one of a few who can still offer the full range of development from Transparency (E6) Negative (C41) and Black & White. Although these services have largely been surpassed by Digital, there is still a hard core of photographers who feel that film still has a lot to offer and possess qualities digital has yet to live up to.

Scanning
Redwood has a Kodak HR-500 scanner, reputed to be one of the best in the world, retailing when new at around £35,000.
With this scanner we can offer every photographer who prefers the qualities of traditional capture the ability to manipulate their Negatives and Transparencies as a digital file. This enables you to keep all the capture qualities that make Negative and Transparency so attractive and unique, while at the same time allowing you the ability to utilise all the creative products that have made photography so exciting in recent years.
By keeping the quality that Negative and Transparency gives you and transferring that to digital products, such as designer albums, montage prints and photo manipulation to name but a few, you have available, a huge and varied range of products to chose from, limited only by your imagination.
